But absolutely no refunds or exchanges, please make sure you read all information provided carefully, along with filling out or answering any questions correctly. • All tools are on pre-order, can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
• 7 days from received date exchange/refund policy.

For any custom wig order or ready to ship unit, you MUST agree to the terms and conditions before completing your purchase. Failure to do so with result in cancellation of your order.

THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE OF YOUR TOTAL ORDER FOR ANY CANCELLED UNIT ORDERS AFTER A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
