There is a 2-3 days processing time, Turn-around time is 7-21 business days (holidays/weekends) are not included. Rush orders $100 fee, 5-7 business days shipping time. Once your unit is fully complete, you will receive your tracking information via email. We are not responsible for any packages after it has been given to the shipping carrier.

You have the option to ship your hair out, the shipping address will be sent by email or text message once your appointment or custom order is set. Any pre-made wig for installments, hair has to be dropped off or shipped to us 3 days in advance, any hair for custom made units has to be dropped off or shipped 7 days in advance.

Yes, I will need your head measurements, I will also provide you with a measuring chart to guide you. We are not responsible for any improper head measurements. **Measuring chart below.
